Do you serve breakfast all day?
Yes — open to close, every day. The kitchen doesn't switch over at eleven, it just adds the lunch board on top.

Do you take reservations?
No reservations, no wait list, no app. Walk in and sit down. Mornings move fast and a booth usually opens within a few minutes.

How does ordering work?
Order at the counter, they call your name, and you take your tray to the table. It's why the room turns over so quickly.

Can I get lunch to go?
Yes. Call 519-576-3760, tell them what you want, and it'll be waiting when you get here — the fastest way to get a plate out the door on a lunch hour.

Is there parking?
Street parking runs along King and Water, and the downtown garages are a couple of minutes' walk. Most regulars come off the ION.

Is the restaurant accessible?
The entrance is wheelchair accessible. Call ahead if you'd like a table held near the front and they'll do what they can.

Cash, debit and credit are all fine.

Are you on Uber Eats or DoorDash?
No delivery apps. Phone the restaurant, order what you want, and pick it up — it's faster and it costs you less.

Is it good for kids?
It's a family restaurant in the plain sense of the word. Booths, high chairs, pancakes, and nobody minding the noise.

Hours can change on statutory holidays — give the restaurant a quick call before you head down.
Groups & the long table
Bringing a few people?
There's one long table in the room and it seats a crowd. It's first come, first served like everything else, but a phone call the morning of helps — they'll tell you straight whether it's a good time to come down.
